She's not only a visiting faculty at IBA for the past nine years but also a soft skills guru, spreading her wisdom to eager minds. With an unwavering passion for the social sector, Tabish has spent the last 17 years transforming lives across various issues like Education, Health, and more. When she's not in her professional avatar, she finds solace in playing tennis and devouring books to share knowledge. But her true dream? To conquer Mount Everest base camp one day, all while keeping her knees and back in tip-top shape."

Zaynab Abedin Jawad

Zaynab is a proud alumnus of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), having completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2019, following her Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in 2015. With a passion for fostering positive change, Zaynab has dedicated over 6 years to the development sector.

Her journey began with NOWPDP, a disability inclusion initiative, where she played a pivotal role in shaping initiatives that made a tangible impact. Currently a valuable member of the KDSP team, Zaynab continues to channel her expertise and enthusiasm to foster growth both professionally and personally.

Beyond the boardroom, Zaynab finds joy in travel and immersing herself in nature, and her love for anything purple is a reflection of her vibrant personality. Zaynab's dedication goes beyond her immediate surroundings; she is fervently committed to contributing to the development of Pakistan. Her specific interests lie in disability inclusion, education, counseling, and poverty alleviation

As the Head of the Physical Therapy department at KDSP, Nadia is viewed as quite down to earth and humble by her colleagues and parents of children with Down syndrome. She often likes to recharge over the weekend by going out for cycling early in the morning or late in the evenings.”

Faiza is your neighborhood cat lady who finds a certain simplicity in befriending cats. Along with being an excellent Speech Therapist at KDSP, she is also an excellent cook and her colleagues will gladly vouch for that!"

Ali Raza

Systems Analyst & Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation - Operations

With a background in computer sciences, Ali has transitioned seamlessly into the social development sector, driven by a strong desire for social work. This journey has equipped him with a diverse set of skills, including systems design thinking, systems analysis, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and project analysis. Recognizing the importance of managing large-scale projects, Ali recently completed his Master's degree in Project Management from Szabist. Eager to apply these newfound skills, he looks forward to making a meaningful impact in future projects. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is passionate about playing tennis and setting aggressive fitness goals. Despite having explored most of Pakistan, his yearning for traveling to the Northern areas of the country never wanes. Ali aspires to be in a position where he can create a positive impact in the community through system-driven design innovation.

Her memory is not only limited to music; she excels at recalling movie dialogues and song lyrics better than anyone else.
