The Education Department at KDSP organized a discussion with Down Syndrome Victoria in Australia along with leading educators of inclusive mainstream schools in Karachi. The collaboration served as a brainstorming session to discuss the way forward for a well-integrated experience for children with Down syndrome using inclusive education practices to be adopted in classrooms.
Via this collaboration, KDSP has begun working for the implementation of different inclusive schooling curriculums in alignment with international standards by working directly with mainstream schools and starting meaningful conversations in Pakistan about inclusivity in the education sector.
